Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including AI model usage, credit consumption, and feature usage patterns.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. We retain transaction records as required by applicable law.
Feed Data: Configuration and tracked account data related to your feeds are stored securely and associated with your account.
Facebook & Instagram Data: If you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we collect your Facebook user ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and OAuth access tokens necessary to operate the Service on your behalf. We use this data solely to retrieve public Instagram content through Meta's Business Discovery API for your configured feed. We do not access your private messages, post on your behalf, or share this data with third parties outside of what is necessary to operate the Service.
Telegram Data: If you connect a Telegram account, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver feed summaries to you. We do not store message content beyond what is necessary for delivery.
API Keys: If you choose the “Bring Your Own Key” option, your API keys are encrypted at rest and used solely to make requests to the AI provider on your behalf.
Log & Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and error logs for security monitoring, debugging, and abuse prevention.

We only use these permissions for the purposes stated above. You can revoke access at any time via Facebook's App Settings at facebook.com/settings or by disconnecting from your Unscroll dashboard Settings page.
If you remove our app from Facebook, a data deletion request is automatically sent to us and we will delete your stored Facebook and Instagram data. You can also initiate deletion directly from the Data Deletion page.
We use essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Third-party services integrated into the platform (such as Stripe) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion (whether initiated by you through the dashboard, by email request, or triggered by removing our app from Facebook) we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g., financial records).
You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard > Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing support@unscroll.it with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
